Marketing Manager (Job ID: 515):

Reporting to the Director Brand & Communications, the Marketing Manager will execute the marketing strategy with a focus on brand and content development. Tasked with managing and working collectively with all internal and external stakeholders, the marketing manager will be responsible for the content and creative development, execution of marketing and sales materials, management of the Firma website, act as a brand guardian and champion, and continuously seek opportunities to optimize brand awareness to drive trust and confidence. Support in the management of marketing budget, following finance processes, tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Materials & Content Development

  • Support ongoing Marketing material refresh or net new development including copy, editing and proofing, managing compliance reviews, managing French translation
  • Develop PPT/presentations when required – researching content development, curating the content, development of graphs etc.
  • Support management of agency partners, this includes project management, workbacks, writing briefs etc. Agency partners include legal, translation, digital and creative
  • Content development and copy execution of email marketing campaigns
  • Develop and manage key initiatives for Brand governance, and guidelines to ensure brand consistency and relevance throughout the organization

Website

  • Charged with ensuring content is kept relevant and up to date
  • Manage all content updates required – this includes content development if needed
  • Execute appropriate approval process for any content changes, such as working with compliance, sales, translation and legal as required
  • Support SEO initiatives with digital agency
  • Support in monthly Google Analytic review. Including pulling out learnings and key insights and applying learnings to identify opportunities to grow and optimize Firma website

Product Commercialization

  • Support in the execution of commercialization of product, including creative execution, communication development and executions
  • Identify marketing opportunities to support product commercialization strategy: webinar, email campaigns, product support materials, presentations etc.  content development when identified as part of the strategy
  • Support the sales team in product roll outs and gather feedback to optimize marketing support materials
  • Work with partners – Lendified, Merchant Capital, Boomi as required.

Social Media

  • Lead the social media strategy
  • Actively monitor FX competitor's social media activities and provide recommendations throughout the year on how to optimize Firma’s social media strategy and increase followers – best practices
  • Ensure Firma brand and tone of voice is executed to adhere to Firma brand guidelines

Email Automation

  • Work with Marketing associate to support updates to email templates in Salesforce and Pardot
  • Review and oversee email marketing reports pulled by marketing associate from Pardot and draw insights and learnings. Apply learnings to optimize campaigns

Website

  • WordPress experience is an asset
  • Charged with ensuring content is kept relevant and up to date
  • Manage all content updates required, as well as content development
  • Lead the approval process for any new content or content changes – this includes working with Compliance, Sales, Translation and Legal as required
  • Support in monthly Google Analytic review and pulling out learnings and insights

  • Manage day-to-day requirements to deliver campaigns, including planning, scheduling, copywriting, coordinating stakeholder reviews/approvals, translation, testing, and fulfillment
  • Ongoing collaboration with Sales, Compliance and Agency partners
  • Develop and manage key initiatives for brand governance, and guidelines to ensure brand consistency and relevance

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field of study
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or product marketing
  • WordPress experience is a benefit
  • Salesforce/Pardot knowledge and experience is an asset
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered

Total Compensation:

  • Salary to be discussed in interview
  • Eligible to earn a corporate incentive payment based on 10% of salary in the form our Corporate Incentive Program
